Professor Jill West, a C.I.S. instructor at Georgia Northwestern Technical College, contributes to the development of creative teaching resources a unique mix of experience in business, writing, and education. She has taught students of all ages, from kindergarten to college, and has used a flipped classroom method, distance learning, and a hybrid teaching technique to cover a wide range of topics.
She has also provided invaluable educational advice.

Ms. West has played a key role in the creation of critical-thinking simulations for a number of Cengage’s computing courses. She speaks at regional and national conferences and international webinars on a regular basis, and she frequently offers CompTIA certifications to students and train-the-trainer workshops to instructors.
She’s also a member of A.W.S. Educate’s inaugural cohort of Faculty Ambassadors for 2019.
