William Loftus has over thirty years of executive management and operational expertise with innovative software solution suppliers. Mr. Loftus is a well-known author, technologist, and entrepreneur in the United States.

For nearly a decade, Mr. Loftus was the Managing Director of Accenture’s Air Force and Army programmes. He was the President, CEO, and Co-Founder of Gestalt, LLC, a premier provider of collaborative technology for governments and Fortune 500 companies, prior to joining Accenture.

Mr. Loftus is the co-author of numerous publications, as well as IEEE standard P1430 and the best-selling textbook “Java Software Solutions,” which is used in over 400 colleges across the world to teach computer science using Java.
